Update of the ID.Cam 360° Camera Kit

This page allows you to download the latest update for the ID.Cam 360° system.

Keeping your system up to date helps improve software stability and take advantage of the latest optimizations of the panoramic vision system.

Follow the steps below to start the update.

Important: the update file must be downloaded from a computer (PC or Mac) in order to be copied to the SD card.

Downloading from a smartphone is not recommended.

Prerequisites before updating

Before starting the system update, make sure the following conditions are met:

Prepare the file on a computer (PC or Mac)

SD card formatted in FAT

File placed at the root of the SD card

Prepare an SD card formatted in FAT.
Copy the update file to the root of the SD card.
The file must not be compressed (.zip) and must not be placed in a folder.
Insert the SD card into the system and press "Upgrade".

The following message will appear on the screen:

"The system is updating, please do not turn it off"

Important: do not cut the power during the update.

Once the installation is complete, the system will automatically restart to finalize the upgrade.

Download the file to your computer and then copy it directly to the root of your SD card to start the system upgrade.
